ELROD Obtains Judgment for Client Against Earth Biofuels, Inc.

On July, 21, 2008, the 192nd District Court in Dallas County entered final judgment in favor of ELROD client Elbow River Marketing Limited Partnership against Earth Biofuels, Inc. and its affiliate Earth Biofuels Distribution Company in the amount of $180,000.00.  The underlying lawsuit involved claims of breach of contract related to the provision of biodiesel fuel and a previous settlement agreement.
