Two ELROD Attorneys Selected to 2009 "Texas Rising Stars" List

ELROD congratulates two of its Associates, Susan D. Nassar and Worthy Walker for their nomination to the 2009 “Texas Rising Stars” list published by Super Lawyers magazine and in the April, 2009 issue of Texas Monthly magazine.

"Rising Stars" are the top up-and-coming Texas attorneys who are under 40 years of age or have been in practice for fewer than 10 years.  Compiled annually, candidates are nominated by their peers and are evaluated by the Super Lawyers research team. Final selections are made based on peer evaluation by practice area.  Fewer than 2.5 percent of attorneys in the state were chosen for this honor.

With these nominations, Ms. Nassar and Mr. Walker join David W. Elrod and Leane Capps Medford in the Super Lawyers lists.
