ELROD attorneys Brian A. Farlow and Worthy Walker were featured speakers on the topic of "Employment Issues of Returning Veterans and Service Members: USERRA, the ADA & Other Considerations" for the Dallas Bar Association's Solo & Small Firm Section on June 3, 2009.  The speech addressed employment considerations relating to service members being called into duty and the legal protections they enjoy when returning from service, including the coverage of the Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act ("USERRA").
