Worthy Walker Speaks at Dallas Bar Association Consumer-Creditor Law Seminar

On September 15, 2009, Worthy Walker presented two speeches at the Dallas Bar Associations "Consumer-Creditor Law Seminar.  The seminar was sponsored in part by the Dallas Bar Association CLE Committee and the Dallas Women Lawyers Association.   The seminar included a panel discussion featuring several prominent members of the Dallas County Judiciary, moderated by Hon. Sally Montgomery of Dallas County Court at Law No. 3. 

Mr. Walker presented speeches on the topics of "Laws Affecting Texas Collections," which was focused primarily on the Fair Debt Collections Practices Act, and "Obtaining Discovery from Financial Institutions under the Texas Finance Code."
